Allen Schwartz began his career at the age of 16 when he moved from Brooklyn to Manhattan. He spent 20 years climbing the ranks of the fashion industry, until he decided to fulfill his passion for design and move to Los Angeles. In 1982 Allen created his own label, ABS by Allen Schwartz. ABS is an affordable luxury lifestyle brand that caters to the contemporary woman who is always ahead of the trend. We create clothing for women who love fashion, from work to evening as well as black tie events. The full collection of evening and day dresses along with evening separates are all produced locally in Los Angeles with the highest quality of fabric, attention to detail and luxury design.
The ABS by Allen Schwartz brand now has signature lines in denim sportswear, jewelry, eyewear, kid's fashions, hosiery and scarves. In the near future, we will be introducing ABS active wear, as well as Allen B sportswear and dresses.
