The idea of opening a fabric shop presented itself as acquaintances Deanne and Karyn frequented local craft sales, selling their handmade wares for babies and kids. It would be natural to see each other as competition though instead they found an opportunity to create something bigger, together. After a moment of chatting, a friendship was forged and it was clear that their passions for fabric and sewing resonated with each other, and swooned over dreams of opening a fabric store.
