Mad Hatter’s Platters was born out of a love for dishes. Our mother-in-law, Janet Hughes, started Mad Hatter’s Platters in 2006. It has been said that “Janet never met a dish she didn’t like.” She could have hosted a formal sit-down dinner on beautiful china for a crowd of 500.
