So why focus on female main characters in these genres? What's wrong with men?

Absolutely nothing is wrong with male point of view (POV) books. Some of my favorite are (Harry Potter anyone?). This isn't a "girls are better than boys" thing. Simply put, a lot of girls out there like reading science fiction and fantasy books, and we connect better with female main characters. We can see ourselves in them, connect with them. Of course we can enjoy male POV, just like guys can enjoy a female POV. But for those of you who are looking for girls in your geek fiction - women of all shapes, styles, races and interests - then this store is here to make it easier for you to find them.
