What is an Alta Blox? Alta Blox (both singular and plural) are blocks of bamboo, locally sourced, with artwork mounted on the front, or sometimes on both sides. They come in two sizes, 5”x5”x1.5” & 13oz (small) and 8”x8”x1.5” & 2lb 9oz (large). The key is that they’re 1.5” thick, so unlike most mounted art, they can be sculptural, free standing pieces, suited for tables, desks, window ledges, countertops, mantlepieces, anywhere you can want to display them. Each Alta Blox also comes with a hook for optional wall hanging.
