Ancient Recipes - Jams, Jellies & Preserves

We make traditional preserves the way they ought to be. We take provenance very seriously and our wholesome ingredients include signature products from other specialist local producers.

We use good old-fashioned open pan cooking methods, maintaining the flavour and creating that unmistakeable homemade taste. Everything is made by hand in small batches, the best way to ensure consistent freshness and high quality.

Our range is available packed in glass jars for use in the home and in larger tubs for discerning customers in foodservice and manufacturing.
