Annie Hanks Ceramic Studio is a collective run by Katherine Hanks McAlister and Stephanie Anne Martin, based out of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Their collaborative ceramic work is inspired by the women’s deep connection to one another, their feminine selves, and the landscape surrounding them. In October of 2014, Annie Hanks Ceramics, a title that incorporates both of their names, was established when they found a studio space with a bright and open floor plan that includes a western-facing wall of windows that gently filters natural sunlight.
