The polymer clay she uses is man-made. The objects she forms are God-made. The artistic endeavor is a reflection of her reconciliation with man-made products to reproduce natural forms. She has learned to do things with this clay that cannot be done with natural clay, which allows her hands to reproduce Nature in brand new ways.
