Hi! My name is April Preston. I am a wife, mother of two boys and two girls, a graphic designer, and as of recent—a watercolor artist. In 1998, I began art school and took 1 year of fine art classes (it was required). After that first year I told myself I wasn't good enough to be a fine art painter. Compared to everyone else, I wasn't. So I decided to go into graphic design. It just clicked and felt right. Design has given me so many opportunities. It was a great decision, especially financially.
