We specialize in Japanese prints of the 19th and 20th centuries and have many works by foreign artists that worked in Japan in the 1920-1950’s. We have returned to Southern California and have continued collecting and dealing in prints and have also expanded into other areas of interest. These include Chinese paintings, Tibetan paintings and Indian miniature paintings. We will be adding objects for these and other areas later this year.
Our collection includes examples from the 19th and 20th Century of Japanese woodblock prints. The genres include Ukiyo-e, Shin Hanga, Soska Hanga and Contemporary. Hasui, Koson (Shoson), Shotei, and the so called Western Artist: Charles W Bartlett, Elizabeth Keith, Bertha Lum, Lilian Miller and others. It is our goal to provide art for every level of collector.
