Being in the butchery industry is not just about selling meat, for me it is about sharing my passion for food and good quality produce with others.
My name is Andreas, I am the proud owner and managing director of Baldwins Butchers Ltd. Baldwins is a family run business - every member of the family is involved in some way and we are dedicated to providing our customers with the finest quality produce from around the world.
I acquired Baldwins in 1985, leaving behind a long career as a chef. It is the extensive culinary knowledge I acquired during my career in catering which allows me to offer a bespoke service to our customers and a special insight to their needs.
At Baldwins we believe that quality should not be compromised over value and that is why we are dedicated to providing our customers with a first class service and the finest quality of products. We have merged our traditional values as a family run business with new techniques and pioneering ideas and recipes to ensure our service is unique.
