Humble Beginnings
Bark ‘n Purr Pet Center started out as an independently owned pet store in 1955 and has been that way ever since! Our goal is simple: make all pets in Austin healthy and happy. With that in mind, we look for foods from all over the world so all you have to do is look in your backyard.

To complement our expansive inventory of food, we have trained staff in pet nutrition. We will work with you and consult to help you fulfill your pet’s nutritional needs. We help all customers and their furry family members to better the Austin community!
