Enchanted Bake Shop started hand piping and dipping adorable meringue mushrooms in Southern Oregon for specialty cakes, gifts, and favors back in 2010 from a special recipe. The business grew and we now supply bakeries and event planners with our handmade mushrooms, along with customers all over the world.

One thing hasn't changed since the beginning, and that's our commitment to simple ingredients - fresh egg whites, superfine cane sugar, gourmet chocolate, Tahitian vanilla, and sea salt. We like to think of them as small works of art that we make with our hands.
