Kelli's Best Cookies was established in the spring of 1998 with the love of baking, influenced by my Grandma Norma, and the passion from within to create the best gourmet cookies on earth. I wanted to make cookies that not only tasted great, but also were healthier than most others.
To begin with, we only use fresh egg whites in our cookies, since all the fat and cholesterol hide in the egg yolk. This also contributes to a softer and moister cookie. We use real butter in our cookies, not margarine, which gives them superior taste with no trans fats. There are NO preservatives in our cookies and we are proud to say you won't find any ingredients in them that you can't pronounce.
