LightUpToys.com LLC was founded in 2000 by the then 11-year-old Josh Kelly, the son of Indiana-based missionary parents to Ecuador. Josh began selling Ecuadorian handicrafts at outdoor events throughout the United States, and his young entrepreneurial zeal turned that small craft business into what LightUpToys.com LLC is today… an international novelty light-up toy company serving global retail customers.
